This Glowing Goddess Green Juice Recipe is Mild in Flavor but packed with Vitamins, Nutrients, and Hydration for Glowing, Radiant Skin
For many people, green juice can taste too, well….. green. That is why I love the Glowing Goddess Green Juice Nectar Recipe so much. It’s incredibly refreshing and surprisingly mild in flavor. I start with the base of celery, cucumber and spinach to get my greens packed in. Now that alone might taste like a wretched, green dirt bomb in your mouth, particularly if you’re new to juicing with green vegetables – so I added in my favorite fruit to mask all of those healthy veggies – Pineapple. Filled with vitamins & minerals like Vitamin A, C and Magnesium, not to mention the massive amounts of hydration, this Green Juice is so powerful for your skin and your overall health.
- 5 Stalks Celery
- 1 Full Cucumber
- 2 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
- Juice the ingredients above. Start with the heartier vegetables like Celery and Cucumber, adding in the spinach afterwards. Lastly add in the Pineapple and taste to make sure there’s enough. You can always add more, so find the amount that masks the green flavor but doesn’t overpower the juice.
- Lastly, you can add ice if you like your Green Juice cold. I will even take it one step further and blend a few ice cubes in my green juice so it has the consistency of a smoothie!
