Well, I have finally found THE recipe for anyone trying to live a Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soy Free or even Gluten Free lifestyle, and did I mention it is absolutely delicious! You can add it to your salads, buddha bowls, dip your french fries in it or put it on a burger. This ranch dressing is perfect for every occasion and all you need is a well stocked spice pantry and a few alternative ingredients for your local grocery store including this gem I found:
For years I’ve been looking for a mayo that was free of eggs but also free of soy. That’s a tough combination, but I’ve finally found it in Just Mayo. Plus, it tastes amazing. The company has a multitude of condiments from flavored Mayo to salad dressing, they even have cookie dough. But hands down, their flagship product Just Mayo should be a staple in anyone’s home if you have pesky food allergies that effect your skin. There’s even a Just Mayo Light that I’m dying to try for a low calorie alternative to this recipe.
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/8. tsp. Cayenne
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp. Dried Dill
1/2 tsp. Dried Chives
1 1/4 cup. Just Mayo
3 TBSP. Unsweetened Cashew Milk
- In a mason jar, combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously and let site for 30 minutes to an hour.
- If you like your dressing a little thinner just add a few more TBSP. of Unsweetened Cashew Milk until it is the consistency that you love.
- Will keep for 1-2 weeks nicely!
